Scope: This notice covers the public website and initial business enquiries. Candidate and client processing under a contracted RPO/BPO engagement should also be covered by engagement-specific confidentiality and data-processing terms.

Brisk Tech Solution is a Pakistan-based provider of recruitment process outsourcing, business process outsourcing and related business support services. Our operational address is Ground Floor, Building 3 (Commercial), Sunflower Housing Society, Block J1, Phase 2, Johar Town, Lahore 54700, Pakistan.

2. Information you may provide

When you call or email us, you may provide your name, work contact details, organisation, service requirement and the content of your message. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, national identity numbers, medical information or unnecessary sensitive personal data through a general website enquiry.

To respond to your enquiry and communicate about requested services
To assess whether and how we can support your requirement
To prepare a proposal or follow up on a business conversation
To protect the security and lawful use of our website and communications

4. Website enquiry form

The current website preview prepares an email in your own email application. It does not independently save the form submission to a website database. If a hosted form or analytics service is introduced later, this notice should be updated before activation.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with authorised personnel or service providers where reasonably required to respond, operate communications, maintain security or meet a legal obligation. Service providers should receive only the information needed for their role.

Business enquiry information should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, a resulting engagement, legitimate record-keeping, dispute handling or applicable legal requirements.

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your choices

You may ask us to correct inaccurate contact information, stop non-essential follow-up, or consider a deletion request where continued retention is not required for an engagement, legal obligation or legitimate record. Requests will be assessed under applicable law and operational requirements.

9. Cookies and analytics

This preview does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. Essential hosting or security services may process basic technical information when the website is deployed. Any future analytics or marketing technology should be documented here before use.

10. Pakistani legal context

Electronic communications and unlawful access or misuse of information systems may be governed by Pakistani law, including the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002 and the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016. Pakistan’s Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication currently lists personal data protection proposals as draft legislation; this notice therefore states our intended practices without claiming certification under an enacted comprehensive data-protection statute.
